ICSS Board

Board Structure

The Board will consist of:

  1. A representative from the previous and next Congresses for an 8-year term spanning three Congresses. The representative from the previous Congress will become the President of the ICSS for a 4-year term until the next Congress.
  2. A Vice President, who is a representative of the organization hosting the Society. The Vice President will also serve as a liaison with the host organization. The term is for eight years, unless the host organization is changed within this period.
  3. Three members at-large representing regions other than those represented by (A) and (B) above. The regions are (i) Africa and West Asia, (ii) Europe, (iii) South and Central Asia, (iv) East Asia (v) Oceania, (vi) North America and (vii) South America. They will serve an eight-year term.
  4. An at-large representative of an international crop science agency or private organization for an 8-year term.
